1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of tickets and services offered on the website www.visites.brochiersoieries.com, operated by Brochier Soieries.
They apply to all orders for:
- Individual visit tickets
- Guided tour tickets
- Silk hand-painting workshops
- Silk printing workshops

3. Acceptance of the GTC
Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
4. Products and Services
The tickets sold grant access to the following services:
- Visit to the Brochier Soieries Museum
- Visit to the Brochier Soieries printing workshop
- Supervised creative workshops
Services are valid only for the date and time selected at the time of booking.
5. Orders
The customer selects the desired services, adds them to their cart, and proceeds to payment.
The order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
A confirmation email including the tickets is sent to the customer.
6. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included).
Brochier Soieries reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed
7. Payment
Payment is made online via a secure system.
Accepted payment methods are: credit card and PayPal.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets for leisure services provided on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
9. Cancellation and Modification
Tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation by Brochier Soieries.
In case of inability to attend, the customer may request a rescheduling, subject to availability.
10. Cancellation by the Organizer
Brochier Soieries reserves the right to cancel a service in the event of force majeure or an insufficient number of participants.
In such cases, a refund or rescheduling will be offered.
11. Liability
Brochier Soieries cannot be held liable in the event of late arrival or absence of the customer.
The customer is responsible for arriving on time.
12. Personal Data
Collected data is used solely for processing orders.
In accordance with the GDPR, customers have the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the website is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
14. Disputes
These GTC are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing this, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
